Tangy cashew nut salad
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Carrot
- 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3/4 cup Tomato sauce
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 250 grams Roasted cashew nuts
- 6 Green chilis chopped
- 1/4 cup Onions diced in cube shape
- 4 Tomato cut in cube shape
- 3 Cucumber cut in cube shape
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 pieces Capsicum cut in cube shape
Instructions
- Cut the chicken in small pieces and marinate it with salt and soy sauce.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces. Now take a bowl and add fried pieces of chicken, roasted cashew nuts in it.
- Add vinegar, black pepper, carrot, soy sauce, tomato sauce, green chilis, onions, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, capsicum all together and mix it well.
- Serve it hot.
