Fiery Hot Wings

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken wings skin on
  • 1/2 cup Butter milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oysters sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour

Sauce mixture

  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Instructions

  • Clean the chicken wings and put it in a bowl.
  • Add Butter milk, garlic and ginger paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, chili flakes and salt together.
  • Mix all the ingredients well with the chicken wings.
  • Add corn flour and mix it with wings.
  • Take a frying pan and put oil in it.
  • Deep fry the wings one by one.
  • Take the fried wings in a separate bowl and add the mixture of sauce in it.
  • Mix the sauce well with the fried wings. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve it with garlic sauce or buffalo sauce.
