Ingredients
4clovesGarlicchopped
1Egg
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspBlack pepper
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Lemon juice
1/2cupOlive oil
Instructions
Take a blender jar from a food processor and first put egg and garlic in it and blend it nicely.
Then add salt, lemon juice, sugar and black pepper and half portion of olive oil from the total portion that is needed then blend it for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes add the rest of the olive oil then blend it for another 2 minutes or until the mixture gets thick.
