Grilled Salmon : A Mouthwatering Recipe in Buttery Garlic Divine


Garlic butter is a match made in culinary heaven, and it takes this salmon dish to a whole new level. Melt a generous amount of butter in a pan and add minced garlic, allowing it to infuse the butter with its aromatic goodness.

Garlic Butter Salmon

Servings 4 people

  • 4 slices Salon slice
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Rosemary
  • Salt to taste


  • First, marinate the salmon with salt and pepper and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now take a flat fry pan and add butter and chopped garlic in it.
  • Stir it for 2 minutes now add the marinated salmon in it.
  • Fry the salmon on both sides of garlic and butter till it gets fully cooked.
  • Finally add rosemary in it, and turn off the flame.


Serve it hot with rice or mashed potato.
