  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Condensed milk
  • ½ tbsp Water


  • Take a microwave proof mug and put 1 tablespoon sugar and water in it and mix well.
  • Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, it will get caramelized.
  • Take a bowl, add milk, egg, sugar, vanilla essence and condensed milk in it and whisk it well.
  • Now, put the mixture in the caramelized sugar cup and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  • After 3 minutes, serve it on a plate and let it cool.
  • The creme caramel is ready.


Refrigerate it and serve it cool.
