Creamy classic hummus
Hummus a Middle Eastern dip made from chickpeas, is a versatile and delicious addition to any meal or snack. With its smooth and creamy texture, it has gained popularity worldwide, becoming a staple in many kitchens.
Ingredients
- 500 grams Canned chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take a food processor and put chickpeas in it.
- Add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin powder and salt in it one by one.
- Blend in until it gets very smooth in texture.
- Serve it right away.
Notes
Serve it with kebab or bread.
