Hot wings, the fiery delicacy that sets taste buds ablaze and leaves mouths watering for more. These little flavor bombs have become a staple in restaurants, bars, and tailgate parties all over the world.
Fiery Hot Wings
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken wings skin on
- 1/2 cup Butter milk
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oysters sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
Sauce mixture
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
Instructions
- Clean the chicken wings and put it in a bowl.
- Add Butter milk, garlic and ginger paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, chili flakes and salt together.
- Mix all the ingredients well with the chicken wings.
- Add corn flour and mix it with wings.
- Take a frying pan and put oil in it.
- Deep fry the wings one by one.
- Take the fried wings in a separate bowl and add the mixture of sauce in it.
- Mix the sauce well with the fried wings. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve it with garlic sauce or buffalo sauce.
