Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 grams Light cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 500 grams Linguine or preferred pasta
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • Slices of cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Sauté shrimp with garlic, olive oil, salt, and your preferred spices in a pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix light cream, grated parmesan cheese, and diced butter together.

  • Season the mixture with salt and crushed black pepper to taste.
  • Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
  • And also boil the broccoli.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with alfredo sauce. In a serving dish, layer slices of cheese, pour the shrimp over, allowing the heat to slightly melt the cheese.
  • Serve the shrimp alfredo pasta with broccoli on the side.
  • Serve it hot.

Notes

Garnish it with some grated parmesan on the top.
