Fried Chicken Recipe

  • 500 grams Chicken with skin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 pack Instant noodles masala any brand
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

For coating

  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cup Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili powder


  • Clean the chicken first and take it in a bowl.
  • Add salt, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic and ginger paste, black pepper powder and instant masala and mix every ingredient well with the chicken.
  • Keep it aside for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Take a frying pan and heat the oil.
  • Take one piece of chicken and coat it in the spices one side and then another side.
  • After finishing coating, put it in the hot oil and fry until it gets golden brown in color and the chicken gets fully cooked.
  • Now fry all the chickens one by one in the same procedure.
  • Serve it hot.


Serve it with garlic or cheese sauce.
