Egg sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 Egg
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper power
- 1 tsp Oil for frying
Instructions
- Take a frying pan and toast the bread slices with butter.
- Take 1 hard boiled egg and grate it in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and salt in it and mix it well.
- Spread the mixture in the bread slices.
- Now take another egg and fry it in a pan.
- Put the sunny side up egg on the top of the mixture and put bread slices on the top.
- This way make the sandwiches.
- Serve it hot.
