  • 2 Egg
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper power
  • 1 tsp Oil for frying


  • Take a frying pan and toast the bread slices with butter.
  • Take 1 hard boiled egg and grate it in a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and salt in it and mix it well.
  • Spread the mixture in the bread slices.
  • Now take another egg and fry it in a pan.
  • Put the sunny side up egg on the top of the mixture and put bread slices on the top.
  • This way make the sandwiches.
  • Serve it hot.


Serve it with garlic sauce.
