Instructions
Clean the chicken first and take it in a bowl.
Add salt, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic and ginger paste, black pepper powder and instant masala and mix every ingredient well with the chicken.
Keep it aside for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Take a frying pan and heat the oil.
Take one piece of chicken and coat it in the spices one side and then another side.
After finishing coating, put it in the hot oil and fry until it gets golden brown in color and the chicken gets fully cooked.
Now fry all the chickens one by one in the same procedure.
Serve it hot.
Notes
Serve it with garlic or cheese sauce.
