Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Carrots grated
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add eggs and sugar in it.
  • Whisk it very well until the sugar dissolves by using an electric or hand whisk.
  • Add oil, vanilla essence in it and mix it well.
  • Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda and grated carrot in it and make a smooth batter.
  • Now, place the batter in a cake mold.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 165 degree Celsius for 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clear.
  • Wait until it gets cool.

Notes

Serve it with cheese frosting for more taste.
