Instructions
Take a bowl and add eggs and sugar in it.
Whisk it very well until the sugar dissolves by using an electric or hand whisk.
Add oil, vanilla essence in it and mix it well.
Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda and grated carrot in it and make a smooth batter.
Now, place the batter in a cake mold.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 165 degree Celsius for 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clear.
Wait until it gets cool.
Notes
Serve it with cheese frosting for more taste.
