Oil for frying
Instructions
Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it and mix it well using spatula or hand.
Keep the mixture at rest for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, spread a little oil in your palm and take a small amount of the mixture and make oval shaped kebabs.
Take a flat frying pan and pour oil in it and wait until the oil gets warm.
Then shallow fry the kebabs until it gets brown and fully cooked.
Notes
Serve it hot with mint or yogurt sauce.
