  • 500 grams Minced chicken
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped green chilis
  • 1/4 cup Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil for frying


  • Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it and mix it well using spatula or hand.
  • Keep the mixture at rest for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, spread a little oil in your palm and take a small amount of the mixture and make oval shaped kebabs.
  • Take a flat frying pan and pour oil in it and wait until the oil gets warm.
  • Then shallow fry the kebabs until it gets brown and fully cooked.


Serve it hot with mint or yogurt sauce.
