Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and red chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes each side.
Add the soya sauce and cook for 2 minutes and add water.
Wait until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve it hot over rice, noodles or with vegetables.
