  • 500 grams Prawn
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Red chili flakes
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Salt to taste


  • Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and red chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes each side.
  • Add the soya sauce and cook for 2 minutes and add water.
  • Wait until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve it hot over rice, noodles or with vegetables.
