Instructions
First, soak dry chickpeas overnight with enough water at room temperature.
Take a food processor and put the soaked chickpeas on it.
Add the herbs, onion, garlic and seasonings.
To mix it all, blend it nicely and make a coarse paste.
Now transfer it to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take the bowl out and mix sesame seeds in it.
Make small flat patties by using your hands and keep it aside.
Take a pan and put enough oil in it to deep fry.
After heating the oil, put the falafel one by one and fry it until it gets golden brown.
Serve it hot.
Notes
Serve it with garlic sauce
