Hard boiled eggs

Milk

Bay leaf

Cardamom

Fried onions
for garnish
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
for garnish
Instructions
Take a saucepan and pour oil in it, then add bay leaf, cardamon, cinnamon and onion paste and stir for 4 minutes.
Then add garlic paste, ginger paste and salt in it and stir for 2 minutes.
Put the eggs in it and mix well.
Now add milk and green chilis and turn the flame on medium heat and let it cook for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, turn the flame on low heat and add ghee in it.
After 2 minutes turn off the flame and garnish it with fried onions.
Notes
Serve it hot with pulao.
