For the chicken

Chicken breast

For salad

Cucumber

Green apple

For the dressing

Mayonnaise
low fat

Greek yogurt

Mustard sauce

Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Take a bowl and mix oil, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and paprika together.
Place the chicken in the bowl and mix until full coated.
Heat a large pan on medium heat.
Add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
Take a large bowl and add chopped cucumber, apple, cranberries, green onion, red onion, parsley, almonds and lettuce.
Cut chicken breast into small pieces and add to the salad.
Make a dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients together.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix.
Notes
Serve it as a side dish for any main course.
