Add chopped onions and stir until it gets light brown, now add garlic ginger paste and stir it for 2 minutes.
Then add red and kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, cumin and coriander, garam masala and mace powder and 2 tablespoons of water and stir it for 5 minutes on low flame.
After 5 minutes add the chicken and mix it well, now add the coconut milk and stir it.
Let the chicken cook on medium flame.
After the chicken gets fully cooked turn the flame on low heat and add the fenugreek leaves on it.
Keep it on flame for 2 minutes, then turn off the flame.
