Nutritious almond date shake

Almond date shake is a delightful concoction combines the rich flavors of almonds and dates to create a creamy and indulgent treat. Ingredients

  • 4 Dates
  • 250 ml Milk boiled
  • 2 tbsp Almond chopped
  • 5 Cashew chopped

Instructions

  • Soak the dates, almond and cashew in milk for at least 3 hours.
  • Take a juicer and put the soaked dates, almond, cashew and milk in it.
  • Blend the mixture well for 2 minutes. After blended it properly, take it out in a glass and serve it cold.
