Nutritious almond date shake
Almond date shake is a delightful concoction combines the rich flavors of almonds and dates to create a creamy and indulgent treat. Ingredients
- 4 Dates
- 250 ml Milk boiled
- 2 tbsp Almond chopped
- 5 Cashew chopped
Instructions
- Soak the dates, almond and cashew in milk for at least 3 hours.
- Take a juicer and put the soaked dates, almond, cashew and milk in it.
- Blend the mixture well for 2 minutes. After blended it properly, take it out in a glass and serve it cold.
