Active yeast
Salt to taste

Water as needed
Instructions
Take a bowl and put flour in it.
Add yeast, oil and salt in it and mix well.
Now add water and make a soft dough by using your hand. After making the dough, rest it for an hour.
After an hour divide into small portions.
Take one portion and give it a shape of flat bread.
Take a frying pan and heat it.
Now put the flat bread in the heated frying pan and close the lid.
After a minute flip the bread and heat the other side then put it out.
Serve it hot.
Notes
Serve it with curry or kebab.
