  • 500 grams Flour
  • 2 tsp Active yeast
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Water as needed


  • Take a bowl and put flour in it.
  • Add yeast, oil and salt in it and mix well.
  • Now add water and make a soft dough by using your hand. After making the dough, rest it for an hour.
  • After an hour divide into small portions.
  • Take one portion and give it a shape of flat bread.
  • Take a frying pan and heat it.
  • Now put the flat bread in the heated frying pan and close the lid.
  • After a minute flip the bread and heat the other side then put it out.
  • Serve it hot.


Serve it with curry or kebab.
