Pita Bread
Ingredients
- 500 grams Flour
- 2 tsp Active yeast
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Take a bowl and put flour in it.
- Add yeast, oil and salt in it and mix well.
- Now add water and make a soft dough by using your hand. After making the dough, rest it for an hour.
- After an hour divide into small portions.
- Take one portion and give it a shape of flat bread.
- Take a frying pan and heat it.
- Now put the flat bread in the heated frying pan and close the lid.
- After a minute flip the bread and heat the other side then put it out.
- Serve it hot.
Notes
Serve it with curry or kebab.
