Clean the chicken first then cut it into 4 pieces.
Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with lemon juice, red chili powder and salt first.
Keep it aside to rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, again marinate the chicken with yogurt, garlic and ginger paste, fried cumin, garam masala powder, BBQ packet masala, kebab packet masala, red chili, turmeric, black pepper powder.
Add orange and red food color, mustard oil, salt and BBQ sauce in it and mix the chicken well.
Keep it again to rest for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, take a frying pan and put oil in it.
Fry the marinated chicken one by one until it gets golden brown.
After the chicken gets cooked, put the chicken into the frying pan and put a small piece of burnt coal in it and close the lid.
After 10 minutes open the lid and serve the chicken.
Notes
Serve the chicken with paratha or naan along with onion salad.
