Tandoori Temptation: Simple way to Spice Up Your Taste Buds


When it comes to grilled chicken, Tandoori BBQ Chicken stands out as a flavorful and aromatic delight. Originating from the Indian subcontinent, this dish has gained immense popularity worldwide for its unique blend of spices and cooking technique.

Recipe for Tandoori BBQ chicken

Servings 4 people

For 1st step marination

  • 4 pieaces Chicken after processed
  • 2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

For 2nd step marination

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Fried cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp BBQ packet masala any brand
  • 1 tbsp Kebab packet masala any brand
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Orange food color
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Mustard oil
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce any brand
  • 1/4 tsp Red food color


  • Clean the chicken first then cut it into 4 pieces.
  • Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with lemon juice, red chili powder and salt first.
  • Keep it aside to rest for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, again marinate the chicken with yogurt, garlic and ginger paste, fried cumin, garam masala powder, BBQ packet masala, kebab packet masala, red chili, turmeric, black pepper powder.
  • Add orange and red food color, mustard oil, salt and BBQ sauce in it and mix the chicken well.
  • Keep it again to rest for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, take a frying pan and put oil in it.
  • Fry the marinated chicken one by one until it gets golden brown.
  • After the chicken gets cooked, put the chicken into the frying pan and put a small piece of burnt coal in it and close the lid.
  • After 10 minutes open the lid and serve the chicken.


Serve the chicken with paratha or naan along with onion salad.
