Instructions
Take a saucepan, pour oil in it and add cinnamon, green cardamom, black peppercorns, cloves, bay leaf in it and stir it for 30 seconds.
Then add onions and fry it till it turns light golden brown.
Now add ginger, garlic paste, chili, turmeric, cumin and coriander powder, salt and ½ cup of water in it and stir it for 10 minutes in low flame.
Add the mutton, mix it well.
Then add milk and dried plums, set the flame on medium heat and let the mutton cook properly.
After 10 minutes add the green chili and garam masala powder then again let the mutton cook.
After 15 minutes, check if the meat is cooked or not.
When the mutton gets cooked properly add the special paste and mix it well and set the flame on low heat.
After 5 minutes add ghee and screw pine water in it and keep it there for 2 minutes.
Turn off the flame
Notes
Serve it hot with paratha or pulao {rice}.
