For prawn ball marination

Instructions
First blend the prawns in a food processor.
Add flour, corn flour, baking powder, red chili powder, black pepper and salt in the minced prawn and mix it well.
Make small balls from the mixture and fry the ball until it gets golden brown.
Take another saucepan and add oil and chopped garlic in it.
Add onions and capsicum and stir for 4 minutes.
Now add the sauce mixture along with 3 tbsp of water.
Add the fried prawns and mix it well.
Close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
Open the lid and add sugar in it.
Again let it cook for another 5 minutes on medium flame.
After 5 minutes, turn off the flame.
Notes
Serve it hot with thai fried rice.
