Instructions
Take a saucepan and add some olive oil in it.
Add onion and garlic in it and stir for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and stir for 4 minutes.
Add all the vegetables, salt and black pepper and stir the vegetables for 8 minutes.
Now add 5 cups of water and chicken stock cubes and stir everything well.
Let the water boil. Wait until the vegetable gets cooked.
Take a small bowl and put cornflour in it, add 1.5 tbsp of water and mix it well.
Put the cornflour mixture in the soup, stir it and let it boil for 2 more minutes.
Turn off the flame and serve it hot.
Notes
Serve the soup with wonton or some fritters.
