Vegetable Soup Recipe: A Simple Yet Scrumptious Meal in Table!

  • 1/2 cup Mushroom sliced
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflour chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 6 cube Chicken stock any brand
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour


  • Take a saucepan and add some olive oil in it.
  • Add onion and garlic in it and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and stir for 4 minutes.
  • Add all the vegetables, salt and black pepper and stir the vegetables for 8 minutes.
  • Now add 5 cups of water and chicken stock cubes and stir everything well.
  • Let the water boil. Wait until the vegetable gets cooked.
  • Take a small bowl and put cornflour in it, add 1.5 tbsp of water and mix it well.
  • Put the cornflour mixture in the soup, stir it and let it boil for 2 more minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and serve it hot.


Serve the soup with wonton or some fritters.
