Quick creme caramel
Ingredients
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- ½ tbsp Water
Instructions
- Take a microwave proof mug and put 1 tablespoon sugar and water in it and mix well.
- Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, it will get caramelized.
- Take a bowl, add milk, egg, sugar, vanilla essence and condensed milk in it and whisk it well.
- Now, put the mixture in the caramelized sugar cup and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, serve it on a plate and let it cool.
- The creme caramel is ready.
