White sauce pasta is a classic Italian dish that has gained popularity all over the world. It is a creamy and indulgent dish that combines pasta with a rich and velvety white sauce.
Recipe for Creamy white sauce pasta
Ingredients
For white sauce
- 250 ml Milk boiled
- 150 gram Butter
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chili fflakes
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
For pasta
- 500 grams Penne pasta
- 300 grams Chicken sliced in thin pierces
- 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup Mushroom slices
- 1 cup Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take a saucepan and fill it with water, put the penne pasta in it.
- Add oil and salt and let it boil until the pasta gets cooked.
- Once the pasta gets cooked, stain the water and wash it with cold water then keep it aside.
- For white sauce, take a saucepan and put butter in it.
- Once the butter melts, add flour in it and stir for 1 minute.
- Add milk and keep stirring until the mixture gets thicker in consistency.
- Add salt, black pepper and chili flakes in it then keep it aside.
- Now, take a big saucepan and put oil in it.
- Add garlic and chicken, stir until the chicken gets cooked.
- Add mushroom, capsicums and stir for 5 minutes.
- Now add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup in it and mix everything well.
- Add black pepper, chili flakes, salt and oregano and stir again for 5 minutes.
- Now add the boiled pasta in it and mix well.
- Add the white sauce and mix it with the pasta, then stir it for 3 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and serve it hot.
Notes
Garnish it with parmesan cheese for more taste.
