Shrimp Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients
- 250 grams Shrimp
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 200 grams Light cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 500 grams Linguine or preferred pasta
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- Slices of cheese for topping
Instructions
- Sauté shrimp with garlic, olive oil, salt, and your preferred spices in a pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix light cream, grated parmesan cheese, and diced butter together.
- Season the mixture with salt and crushed black pepper to taste.
- Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
- And also boil the broccoli.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with alfredo sauce. In a serving dish, layer slices of cheese, pour the shrimp over, allowing the heat to slightly melt the cheese.
- Serve the shrimp alfredo pasta with broccoli on the side.
- Serve it hot.
