Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken with skin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 pack Instant noodles masala any brand
- 1 cup Oil for frying
For coating
- 1.5 cups Flour
- 1/4 cup Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
Instructions
- Clean the chicken first and take it in a bowl.
- Add salt, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic and ginger paste, black pepper powder and instant masala and mix every ingredient well with the chicken.
- Keep it aside for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Take a frying pan and heat the oil.
- Take one piece of chicken and coat it in the spices one side and then another side.
- After finishing coating, put it in the hot oil and fry until it gets golden brown in color and the chicken gets fully cooked.
- Now fry all the chickens one by one in the same procedure.
- Serve it hot.
Notes
Serve it with garlic or cheese sauce.
