Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mushroom sliced
- 1/2 cup Broccoli chopped
- 1/2 cup Cauliflour chopped
- 1/2 cup Cabbage chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 6 cube Chicken stock any brand
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 5 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
Instructions
- Take a saucepan and add some olive oil in it.
- Add onion and garlic in it and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and stir for 4 minutes.
- Add all the vegetables, salt and black pepper and stir the vegetables for 8 minutes.
- Now add 5 cups of water and chicken stock cubes and stir everything well.
- Let the water boil. Wait until the vegetable gets cooked.
- Take a small bowl and put cornflour in it, add 1.5 tbsp of water and mix it well.
- Put the cornflour mixture in the soup, stir it and let it boil for 2 more minutes.
- Turn off the flame and serve it hot.
Notes
Serve the soup with wonton or some fritters.
