Jumbo Prawns Fried to Perfection

  • 4 Jumbo prawns
  • 1.5 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 0.5 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumb
  • Oil for frying


  • Marinate the jumbo prawns with all the ingredients except egg and bread crumbs.
  • Keep the marinated prawns at rest for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes dip the prawns in the beaten egg one by one and coat with bread crumbs.
  • After finishing the coating, put the prawns in warm oil and deep fry the prawns until it gets golden brown.


Serve it hot with chili or hot tomato sauce.
