Fried jumbo prawn
Ingredients
- 4 Jumbo prawns
- 1.5 tsp Ginger paste
- 1.5 tsp Garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 0.5 tbsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1 cup Bread crumb
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the jumbo prawns with all the ingredients except egg and bread crumbs.
- Keep the marinated prawns at rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes dip the prawns in the beaten egg one by one and coat with bread crumbs.
- After finishing the coating, put the prawns in warm oil and deep fry the prawns until it gets golden brown.

Serve it hot with chili or hot tomato sauce.
