Ingredients
For prawn ball marination
- 15 Prawn medium size
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
For gravy
- 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1 big Onion diced in cube shape
- 1 Capsicum
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
For sauce mixture
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
Instructions
- First blend the prawns in a food processor.
- Add flour, corn flour, baking powder, red chili powder, black pepper and salt in the minced prawn and mix it well.
- Make small balls from the mixture and fry the ball until it gets golden brown.
- Take another saucepan and add oil and chopped garlic in it.
- Add onions and capsicum and stir for 4 minutes.
- Now add the sauce mixture along with 3 tbsp of water.
- Add the fried prawns and mix it well.
- Close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
- Open the lid and add sugar in it.
- Again let it cook for another 5 minutes on medium flame.
- After 5 minutes, turn off the flame.

Serve it hot with thai fried rice.
