Zucchini prawn curry
Ingredients
- 8 Prawn medium size
- 500 gram Zucchini chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 Green chilis
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup green peas
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini in medium cubes and keep aside.
- Now take a saucepan and pour oil and add onions in it, fry the onions till it gets light brown.
- Add garlic, ginger paste and stir it for 2 minutes.
- Now add chili, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder and salt and a little bit of water and stir it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Then add prawns and stir it for 2 minutes.
- Now add the zucchinis and green peas and the green chilis and 1 cup water, mix it well. Now keep the flame on medium heat and let it cook till it’s fully done.
- Check after 20 minutes, if it gets cooked then add the coriander leaves and keep it on the low flame for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes turn off the flame and serve it hot.
Notes
Serve it with plain steam rice.
