Chili garlic shrimp
Ingredients
- 500 grams Prawn
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic
- ¼ tsp Red chili flakes
- ¼ cup Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and red chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes each side.
- Add the soya sauce and cook for 2 minutes and add water.
- Wait until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve it hot over rice, noodles or with vegetables.
