Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Carrots grated
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2/3 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add eggs and sugar in it.
- Whisk it very well until the sugar dissolves by using an electric or hand whisk.
- Add oil, vanilla essence in it and mix it well.
- Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda and grated carrot in it and make a smooth batter.
- Now, place the batter in a cake mold.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 165 degree Celsius for 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clear.
- Wait until it gets cool.
