Egg Korma is a delectable dish that adds a unique twist to traditional Indian cuisine. This creamy and aromatic curry is made with boiled eggs, cooked in a rich and flavorful gravy, and is a perfect choice for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Ingredients
- 4 Hard boiled eggs
- 300 ml Milk
- 0.5 cup Onion paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 3 whole Green chili
- 2 tbsp Oil – 2 tablespoon
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Cardamom
- 2 inch Cinnamon
- Fried onions for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Take a saucepan and pour oil in it, then add bay leaf, cardamon, cinnamon and onion paste and stir for 4 minutes.
- Then add garlic paste, ginger paste and salt in it and stir for 2 minutes.
- Put the eggs in it and mix well.
- Now add milk and green chilis and turn the flame on medium heat and let it cook for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, turn the flame on low heat and add ghee in it.
- After 2 minutes turn off the flame and garnish it with fried onions.
Notes
Serve it hot with pulao.
